I have a degree in Psychology with specializations in the Family and Organizational area, since 2006.

Columnist for international newspapers and magazines and interviewed on several TV programs.

The only Brazilian certified Master Trainer INFOSYON Germany, the highest certification title for teachers qualified to teach Organizational Constellations and Systemic Management (innovative tool for strategy, diagnosis, scenarios and organizational leadership).

I train and supervise hundreds of psychotherapists, lawyers and family economists, in addition to mentoring businesswomen, women and families, offering consistent and lasting solutions to complex issues involving people and the preservation of wealth and human relationships.

I am the owner and successor of a family company that pioneered apple production in southern Brazil in the 1980s, currently operating in the agro-urban real estate sector.

I have experienced first-hand the complexity of family businesses, a challenge that I have made my life mission, investing and generating more than 40,000 hours in specializations and practice around the world, while sharing the best tools used to serve clients and students.

I was responsible for introducing specific approaches to resolving complex family and organizational conflicts in Postgraduate, MBA and Master's courses in Psychology, Administration, and Family & Succession Law at renowned universities in Brazil, such as UFSC, PUC and Fundação do Ministério Público , in addition to lectures at institutions such as ESA/OAB-RS.

I currently own a training company where I am a mentor, teacher, speaker and international writer, in Brazil, England and the United States, where I live. I recently gave a lecture at the UN New York on complex conflicts at the family, institutional and human level, at the invitation of the president of the Spirituality committee, at the International Week of Families and World Peace, where I defended the principle that peace begins from the inside out , and the importance of family structure and support for the quality of child and family development, and thus the building of moral, professional and citizenship relationships in the world.
